Tanqueray Gin has announces the Australian debut of Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla and Tanqueray Rangpur.
The latest additions to Tanqueray gin range hero citrus flavours from Seville and Bangladesh respectively, with each expression delivering its own distinct flavour and character.
Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla is crafted from Seville oranges, orange blossom and other fine botanicals, and has a tangy sweet flavour, fruity, with notes of tangerine and coriander.
Rangpur lime, ginger and bay leaves are added to Tanqueray London Dry Gin’s classic base of four botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice) during distillation to create Tanqueray Rangpur; an easy-drinking gin with a citrus twist.
Jodi McLeod, Tanqueray Marketing Manager, said: “Gin has become a really vibrant category, reflecting an increasing appetite for experimentation and flavour in spirits. These amazing expressions of Tanqueray bring together the heritage and craft of our award-winning London Dry liquid with a modern flavour twist inspired from Charles Tanqueray’s original recipe book.
“We love experimenting with flavour, and Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla and Rangpur are exciting liquids that really capture the essence of the exotic locations from which their signature ingredients originate. We’re looking forward to seeing how consumers enjoy each, particularly as we move into the warmer spring months.”
Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla and Tanqueray Rangpur both have an ABV of 41.3% and will be available from liquor stores nationally from July 2018, at $65 RRP for a 700ml bottle.
